What we deliberately do NOT collect here
This website is not a medical record. It does not collect or store clinical information such as questionnaire answers, symptoms, diagnoses, medication history, or GP and school reports. Any pre-assessment questionnaires and clinical information are handled separately through an approved, secure clinical process.
